I usually make this smoothie as is. But smoothies are highly customizable and sometimes I add in berries or protein powder. This easy banana smoothie is made with simple, easy-to-find ingredients that are healthy, naturally sweet and nourishing. It’s perfect when you need a quick breakfast, flavorful snack, or a dessert.

We will be using two bananas that are peeled, roughly chopped and frozen at least a night before making this recipe. We’ll blend the frozen, chopped bananas with milk, yogurt and sweetener. If you’re running short on time or forgot to freeze bananas, just add a couple of ice cubes and it will still come out great.
