Pico de Gallo
The fun thing about this pico de gallo recipe is that you can make it your own way. Don’t like too much spice? No problem. You can easily adjust the spice level. It’s versatile and works well in many dishes. It can be used as a taco topping, burrito filling, as a side salad with a quesadilla, or in many other dishes. I like to include a touch of white vinegar in this recipe as it brings a tangy flavor without making it overwhelmingly sour.
Try this pico de gallo in a taco or burrito with my chipotle black beans. It also goes great with my pepper jack cheese quesadilla!

On a personal note, I enjoyed a similar salad in my childhood known as Kachumber. Kachumber is a staple salad served regularly in Pakistani cuisine which adds cucumbers!
