Instructions
Preheat oven to 450F
In a mixing bowl add cauliflower, chili powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, garam masala, cayenne and coconut oil. Mix well.
Spread the cauliflower florets on a baking sheet. Give each piece enough space and bake them for 20 minutes, flipping sides as needed.*
In a small mixing bowl add soy sauce, vinegar, agave, sriracha and cornstarch. Set aside.
Heat a skittle on medium-heat. Add oil, scallion, ginger and garlic and sauté for about 1 minute or until golden brown.
Add the pre-mixed sauce to the skittle and keep stirring. It will start getting thicker as you bring it to a boil.
Add roasted cauliflower to skittle. Use a spatula to coat them all in the Asian BBQ sauce. Then turn off the heat.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and scallions on top. Serve hot!
Notes
*Note: Some new ovens have very high intense heat. Check the cauliflower after 15 minutes and continue to keep an eye on them so they do not burn.
