Easy Tossed Green Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Whole Cashews
  • 3 oz Mixed Greens
  • 6 Olives chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dried Cranberries
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • pinch Salt or to taste
  • ΒΌ tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a small skillet over medium heat, toast the whole cashews until golden brown, then set aside.
  • In a medium size mixing bowl; add greens, chopped olives, dried cranberries, and toasted cashews.
  • Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper and toss until salad is dressed.
  • Serve immediately!
