  • tbsp Peanuts
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic medium size
  • 1 Dried Red Chili

  • tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 cup Water as needed

Instructions

  • In a food processor, add peanuts, peanut butter, garlic, dried red chili pepper, sriracha, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and lime juice. Begin blending.
  • Drizzle water while blending until the mixture is smooth. Add more water if you desire a thinner texture.

Notes

If the sauce becomes too thick after refrigeration, add water and whisk to thin it out to the desired consistency.
This peanut sauce goes especially well with my Thai salad.
