Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Tomato diced
  • ¼ Yellow Onion medium size, finely diced
  • 1 tsp Jalapeño finely diced
  • ½ tsp Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro finely diced
  • 1 tsp Lime Juice fresh
  • ½ tsp White Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add the tomato, yellow onion, jalapeño, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, white vinegar, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl and mix well together.
  • Serve chilled.

Notes

Refrigerates up to 3 days.
