Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Lay tofu brick flat and cut it diagonally twice into 4 pieces.
Slice each piece into ¼-inch thick pieces. You will have a total of 16 pieces.
Drizzle oil on a baking sheet pan and spread it evenly with a brush.
In a small mixing bowl add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix together well.
Place tofu pieces on baking sheet pan and brush them with mixed sauce. Make sure all pieces are completely covered.
Bake for 25 minutes. Then flip tofu steaks and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Notes
*Note: Some new ovens have very high intense heat. Check in between and continue to keep an eye on them so they do not burn.
