Vegan Butter

Soy Milk
2
tbsp
Vegetable Oil

All Purpose Flour
2

Sugar

Baking Powder

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Heat a small deep pot over medium heat. Add butter and let it melt, then add soy milk and vegetable oil. Mix well together, then remove from heat.
In a separate bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine the dry and wet mixtures together to make a dough.
Use both hands to form this dough into donut shapes and place them on a baking sheet pan.
Bake donuts for 15 to 17 minutes or until they are fully cooked. Use a toothpick to check.
Let them cool down for a few minutes, then roll them in sugar for coating.
Notes
Some new ovens have very high intense heat. Check in between and continue to keep an eye on donuts so they do not burn.
